Global Spool Table shipping Timeframes
The GlobalSpool Table ships directly from Shenzhen, China via sea freight. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks of confirmation, and delivery typically takes 45-60 days from the dispatch date. Shipping by sea lets us keep costs reasonable while transporting the product safely.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info. Most orders arrive within about 40 days, though delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping periods.

If customs charges are refused and the package is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the order may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment. You can also track your order at any time by:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your item has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier and customer. We’ll notify you if the carrier reports a problem, but many local carriers require customer action within a specific timeframe — like collecting a parcel from a pickup point or updating delivery info.
If no action is taken, your package may be returned to us (often at a cost) or destroyed by the carrier, depending on their policy. Unfortunately, we cannot override these outcomes.
If the parcel is returned to us, we can arrange re-delivery at your expense — including any return shipping and reshipment fees. If it’s destroyed by the carrier, the order is considered forfeited and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping address at checkout, and keep an eye on tracking updates to ensure timely delivery or pickup.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery issues such as delays, loss, theft, or damage are generally outside of Yetch’s direct control.
For added protection, customers may choose to purchase shipping protection at checkout where available. If shipping protection has been purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages may be submitted directly through the protection provider according to their policy terms.
If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. While we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will do our best to assist in opening investigations or guiding you through the claims process.

Packages that are refused, abandoned, unclaimed, or destroyed by the carrier due to customer inaction may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel has already shipped, there's only a slim chance we can intercept or reroute it. We cannot offer refunds or reshipments simply because the item couldn’t be received at the original address.
If a change is possible and the carrier charges a reroute fee, that cost will be the customer's responsibility. We'll inform you of the fee and payment method if you choose to proceed.
