The Every Day Goal Calendar is the only Yetch product covered under a 2-year warranty for any technical issues that may arise. To claim the warranty, proof of purchase is required. This coverage does not extend to other Yetch products and excludes damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. For support, please contact our customer service team here.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. Changes can be made anytime before your order ships. Once your order has been delivered, you have 30 days to report any quality issues, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

- PayPal: Refunds processed through PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds issued to a credit or debit card will typically reflect in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

We’re happy to offer a refund for your order, provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition with all original packaging intact. Once we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
- U.S. Orders: Complimentary return shipping is available for online orders shipped within the U.S.
- International Orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty. Please ensure the return reaches our warehouse, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return.
