We want to make sure you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a visible quality issue, we'll replace, refund or give you a store credit. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it ships out (normally within 3business days). After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the error clearly displayed.
PayPal: Refunds will appear in your PayPal account within 24 business hours.
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be returned to your bank account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
We’d be happy to refund your order, as long as it’s returned within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in original condition with its original packaging intact. We will process your refund once the items arrive at our warehouse.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach our warehouse; we recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Rear PCB comes with a 12-month warranty for any technical issues that may arise. Proof of purchase is required.

If a return of the Product is required, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to YETCH Studio. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We totally get it—unboxing is part of the experience. But the outer packaging’s main job is to protect what’s inside. If your box arrives a little scuffed, dented, or battle-worn but the product itself is perfectly fine, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for packaging damage alone.
Think of the box like a bodyguard: it might take a few hits so your item doesn’t have to.
